Top notch! Excellent service, excellent booth and graphics options resulting in a beautiful booth that serves as a 10x10 and a 10x20 -- the quality and design is much better than previous pop-ups and even easy to assemble! The initial contact was right before COVID and even though production was during COVID and had to work under duress and CDC guidelines, Gene Friedman and his team at Infinity met all timelines and created an amazing exhibit. The team was so easy to work with and walked me through step by step for set up, tear down and packing. The "how to" guide they provided is very detailed, complete with photos! We received so many compliments and have recommended Gene and Infinity Exhibits to many other exhibitors and associates in the broadband industry.

We've been working with Infinity for several years now, and for good reason. The team built us a professional, high quality booth that we instantly fell in love with. So we bought another. And then we wanted to combine the two. Then we had more ideas... and every time, Gene and the rest of the team were there to help envision what we wanted, work through the kinks of building a custom system, answer all of my silly questions, and help out at nearly the drop of a hat every time. We also needed to be able to set it up without tools due to the union rules at our show location. We made a few tweaks on site to the original design and we could not be happier without it came out. I made selling our products so easy and we look more credible with out booth design and set up.

My company ordered a tower from them for our trade show booth a few years ago. In the meantime, some of our products changed and I wanted to reflect the changes with new pictures on the panels of the tower. I contacted Gene and he was very helpful but did explain to me that this was a very busy time for them. Even at that, our new panels shipped just over a week later. I highly recommend them!
